
This time I lasted until 11 minutes because I needed a sip of water and had to wipe off the sweat and take off my t-shirt. I adjusted my form and that is what helped me complete them. Thanks Katya Mohsen for the tips and video. I was able to do all the pushups but my arms were really burning so the arm exercises at 22 minutes were too much. Then finished the workout with 3 more stops. By about half way through the shirt came off. They don't call it sweat intervals for nothing.

Can't wait until tomorrow back to Cardio. I then went on to finish the workout with 3 other minute breaks. I lasted until 12 minutes, it was the push-ups that killed me. This workout was not as intense as Cardio but my legs are burning. I then went on to finish the workout with 5 other minute breaks. Okay so first official day of insanity now I did do 2 sample workouts in the past but I am pretty proud of myself that I was able to Max Out at 9 minutes. At the end of 60 days of Insanity and the matching meal plan I will post my pic and we can see the difference together. It shows that I have developed tone from Hammer and Chisel but it is covered by about 10 lbs that remain for me to shred to reach my goal weight of 190 lbs. I have posted my picture at the start of insanity. It is 60 days so will end Labor Day Weekend. You may have seen this workout featured on HBO Togetherness, Insanity.
